There isnt a better realtor out there. You want someone that will work to the bone for you, thats John Lewis. I got nothing but the best advise from this man. I would recommend him to any person looking to buy or sell a home. Or even just to get advise from. He is very knowledgable about the real estate market. And you would get nothing but the best from him.

Great stuff –

I actually heard on the news that people were going around to open houses and stealing drugs out of the medicine cabinet – all at for sale by owner homes.

I guess there are some pretty desperate people out there -
