Buy the new Kindle book called “I Would Rather Have Root Canal Every Week for the Rest of My Life Than Ever Buy a House Again,” by Joel Samberg. Only $1.85. True story. Funny! Scary! You MUST buy it.

I think when it comes to real estate the best way to save is through saving on realtors commission when selling your property. If your buying why not try a new revolutionary system that helps you get a rebate of any property you buy!!!

AND say I was buying an expensive home, would that matter too?

Thanks to whoever can answer this for me! :-)

There’s program for first time homebuyers with 3.5% down, not excellent credit score. The best way is to get pre-approved first by a lender.
